<p>The objective of the project is to implement new features in the Open-event-webapp , improving the User Experience ,integrating the Fossasia Open-event-orga-server with the webapp and finally using ng-update to port the app on Angular 2.0 using ng-forward.</p>

OpenEBS is completely Kubernetes native and is implemented using microservices. OpenEBS can be installed via kubectl or helm chart and managed via Kubernetes custom resources. Each of the OpenEBS components/services exposes Prometheus metrics. This proposal is to provide Grafana dashboards for monitoring the OpenEBS services.

<p>Develop a system to implement a bidirectional data synchronizer and deliver fully integrated solution for Nextcloud in Plasma Mobile by syncing data from the Nextcloud server to device and vice versa, to enable users to add Nextcloud account and use the data shared on Nextcloud instance easily.</p>

<h3>UI enhancements with Featured Event Implementation</h3> <p>Open-event is currently undergoing a revamp from v1 to v2 and I want to contribute towards improving the UI aspect of the project while focusing on implementation of featured events, admin section enhancements and revamping the server accordingly.</p>

<p>Project "Metrics and monitoring" aims to collect more effective metrics which can characterize the current status of pgagroal's pool, connections, clients, servers and internal state. These metrics can be illustrated by one or more Grafana dashboards to show clearly what DBA desires to know about pgagroal itself and PostgreSQL.</p>

The clinical trial matching application aims to improve user-friendliness, particularly for individuals without medical expertise, by incorporating an algorithm to prioritize questions. This project focuses on optimizing and implementing the REACTJS web application component to render various question types with different input formats dynamically.

The function of the list configuration tool is to export the list and configuration of the administrator and generate a JSON file to store them. At the same time, you can also use these JSON files to import the list and configuration in the file into other users. This is a process of converting the server's online data into files for storage, backup and data migration.

<p>A nice improvement to Allura project/code hosting would be a personal dashboard when a user is logged in. It would provide quick access to the projects that the user is part of, tickets that created by the user, tickets assigned to the user, pull requests of the user, activity stream of people that the user follows, etc.</p>

<p>Prombench the benchmarking tool for Prometheus will be extended to support even more tests, newer components, metrics which will help both developers and users in terms of identifying bugs and scalability tests. Another task the proposal aims to solve is the longstanding issue of Prometheus rule formatting.</p>

<p>Enhance Jenkins server and client service management on Windows by offering new configuration file formats and improving settings validation. Currently, the configuration file is written in XML and there are fewer validations. In this project, I will convert the configurations file into YAML and add validations for configurations.</p>

This proposal aims to add new features to the Hackage server, mainly include package sorting, user info update and user notification emails. It's planned that first a week is needed to read the codebase, then about a month to implement the three features above, and add some additional interesting feature if time permits.

The ZOO-Project is a solid WPS server able to handle services implemented in various different programming languages. The existing `ZOO-Kernel` supports C, C++, and JS implementations with the embedded version of the SpiderMonkey engine. With this project, the objective is to add support for NodeJS implementation of the `ZOO-Kernel`.

<p>Open event system is at a basic stage, but the functionality is still not complete, like the server is not secure, the app is not fully customisable, doesn't have the tests and the webapp is kind of really basic and slow. So, I plan to improve that and work on making the system better and ready to be used by organisers all over the world for their events.</p>

<p>I aim to seek out the reliance on legacy functionality in the engine that powers the QPainter class and to convert this functionality to work in version 3.2 Core Profile. This will enable OSX to display decorations and will likely allow Krita to run on Mac OS X computers.</p>

<p>The GitHub API supports looking up repositories by owner and name, but a secondary API exists which supports looking up repositories by their numeric ID. As far as repositories are a key feature of the GitHub API, adding support for this will flow through a significant part of the codebase and involve a number of core components.</p>

This project will set up Kerberos as part of the test suite using cwrap wrappers and write tests for the "gssapi-with-mic" user authentication method. It will also implement and test GSSAPI Key Exchange and “gssapi-keyex” user authentication method from RFC 4462 for both the libssh client and server.

Add experimental support to rustc for building and running procedural macros as WebAssembly. Procedural Macro crates can opt in for being compiled to WebAssembly. This wasm-proc-macro will be a wasm blob sandboxed using WASM. It will interact with the compiler only through a stream of token and no ability to interact with the outside world.

This project focuses on Distributed Error Reporting in Kolibri Learning Platform. Kolibri mostly focuses on offline access to education where Internet connectivity is low. So with this project we will be able to trace errors when users are using the app(and store in database) and to ping the Kolibri server with all the errors whenever the connection is restored.

<p>The current Working Hour Plugin provides an interface to set up a schedule of allowable build times but the user interface and usability still need enhancement. Thus a new user interface based on new technologies like React could be used to optimize user experience and code readability.</p>

<p>Aim of this project is to use api/stream.json endpoint of loklak_server to continuously fetch new tweets and use them to show results as auto-refreshing media wall. Part of the project is also to implement accounts using firebase and add support for Twitter-Api for logged in users.</p>

A Collective Cognition Model to serve as automated guidelines to open source communities. The model will project the activities, interrelationships, to keep the community self-sustaining and to help people stay in the community and become contributors. This will be validated by the data generate by an Agent based model and will serve as a verification component.

<p>The current hurd's ext2fs server uses a reversed field in inode to store passive translator setting. It is a ad-hoc method and causes that hurd's file system can not work well on other system. Implement xattr support can help hurd store this data in a more general way.</p>

The Timeline is one of the most essential parts of a video editor. This project aims to improve the Timeline of Pitivi by adding some enhancements and fixing long overdue bugs and other issues. Currently 1/4th of the total open issues are from Timeline component. With this project we are planning to fix some of the major bugs and also add some new features.
