<p><em>bugbug</em> was started with the aim of making the task of bug tracking simpler, by using machine learning algorithms to differentiate between bugs. However, it is currently in it's early stages. It uses basic feature extractors and a Gradient Boosting Tree classifier to make predictions. With this project, I plan on enhancing the accuracies and capabilities of <em> bugbug</em>, by making the classifiers more robust , implementing deep learning models and additional feature extractors for these models. I hope this project is a solid move towards making the tasks related to bug tracking more convenient.</p>
<p>The purpose of this project is to create a software tool that is capable of parsing popular online version control repositories, like GitHub, via their public APIs in order to detect open issues of projects, classify them based on several predefined configurable criteria and serve them via a public RESTFul API.</p> <p>A complimentary web application will also be created in order to consume this API and visualize the results of this service in an elegant and useful way.</p>
This project extends the Accord Project Template Playground by implementing an end-to-end, sandboxed logic execution pipeline to solve its inability to test interactive smart contract behaviors natively. By utilizing a secure Web Worker architecture, the platform will safely evaluate user-authored TypeScript logic and validate all states and requests against strict Concerto models directly in the browser. The core deliverables include an integrated Monaco-powered logic editor, an interactive contract runner UI for initialization and request handling, dynamic execution results visualization, and comprehensive multi-state contract templates. Together, these features transform the platform from a static authoring tool into a complete, interactive development workspace for smart legal contracts.
The project aims to address a critical accessibility issue by implementing a feature that automatically generates titles and descriptions for images or files uploaded via the website's image block or bulk upload feature. Presently, users lack the ability to input metadata during these processes, resulting in content without essential titles or descriptions, which is detrimental to ADA compliance. Goals and Deliverables: Create a tool that adds titles and descriptions to images and files uploaded on the website automatically. Use ChatGPT API/token to generate metadata for uploaded content, making it more accessible and ADA compliant. Ensure accuracy and reliability in generating metadata for uploaded items. Test the tool thoroughly to fix any issues and ensure it works well with different types of uploads. Ensure the tool works seamlessly with existing features on the website.
This integration aims to connect OpenELIS, a laboratory information system, with a FHIR-Based Open Client Registry which will allow users to search for patients within their local OpenELIS system, If the patient isn't found locally, search the client registry then Import patient information from the client registry to OpenELIS. In simpler terms, this lets users find patients within their local system and if not found, search for them in a central database and bring their information back into the local system.
The Exerciser activity lets you build interactive exercises using multiple templates and share these exercises with other users. This project aims to improve the activity and implement new features, precisely a way to use Exerciser as an evaluation platform. To implement this idea, firstly, I have to upgrade the reactJs version so that the latest version is in use also have to implement the way to run all exercises with one click.
<p>The aim of this project is to replace libpurple's XMPP implementation with JavaScript implementation of XMPP protocol after adding missing features to JavaScript implementation</p>
My proposal aims to make Sugarizer work well on different devices like web, mobile, and desktop in version v2. I'll analyze Sugarizer's current version and come up with a plan to adapt it for various platforms. Tasks include implementing remaining screens, creating a tutorial, porting Electron functionality, and testing on Android
There are so many projects generated in Music Blocks We will be creating a lesson plan for these projects using LLMs. we will be using Quantized Ollama2 models to solve this problem. We will be fine-tuning the model using the guide of the Music Blocks and converting the JSON files of the project to the script files so that the LLM can understand and create a GUI such that it can store all previous conversations and first there will be a little bit conversation about the project between the user and the LLM, based on this the LLM will be generating a Lesson Plan.
<p>The Beacon specification allows to query whether a genomic variation is present in a repository. But the current implementation is based on an outdated version of this specification. Many new parameters that are useful for filtering down the data which can improve the querying experience are available according to the latest specification. To improve this querying experience and search results, I would be updating the existing implementation, so that it matches with the current specification.</p> <p>Also, current variation search APIs retrieves all the fields together. This is a lot of information at once and is cluttered. So, I would be redesigning these APIs and would make it closer to RESTful principles.</p> <p>Now, variation search by 'geneId' is not efficient. To deal with this issue, I would build a data pipeline that would load mappings from a 'geneId' to its coordinates. These coordinates would then be used to search for variations.</p> <p>I would be also be adopting the models defined by VMC which would enable standardized exchange of genomic data.</p> <p>Based on the work done, feed backs will be provided to GA4GH workstreams.</p>
<p>Over the last ten years, Mozilla has been using Buildbot as its primary continuous integration tool in order to schedule builds and tests for every push that is sent to Treeherder for evaluation. As Mozilla is slowly moving towards using TaskCluster as its primary continuous integration system, an important step would be make Treeherder, the primary UI used for handling builds and tests, compatible with TaskCluster. The current Treeherder interface allows us to schedule buildbot jobs. This proposal aims to integrate Treeherder's job scheduling user interface with TaskCluster jobs. While doing this, it hopes to improve the overall integration of Treeherder with TaskCluster.</p>
<p>The project aims to Create and Enhance APIs and to produce a well-built backend mechanism related to an Education Platform which strives to enable 100% education and will help in upskilling developing countries and rural areas. The APIS to be created are Doubt Forum API (with Doubts and Doubt Answers), Announcements API, Mentor API, User API, CourseReview API, course Schedule API, Lecture API, and Assignments API. Each of these APIs will have proper documentation and testing. Role-based authentication along with firebase authentication had to be added to ensure that the required routes are secured along with some extra features along the way. These APIs would be used by the client-side of the app to fetch data and render quality functionality</p>
<p>An activity that can help learners to calculate (999989)^2 in 10 seconds. The main objective is to make this web based sugar activity as a productive distraction for the students to play and learn vedic math tricks on self.</p>
<p>I would like to work on issue #70, “OncoKB Analysis in Study View”. An inconvenience for both biologists trying to get valuable information to make informed decisions on prognosis and patients who would like to readily have access to this information for their own comfort, is the time needed to access this data. As the genomic data sets for each study vary in size, viewing annotations for studies that have large data sets in real-time is a challenge because it takes a while for the information to load. For example: MSK-IMPACT 2017 has a data set of 10,000 samples, so it will take a few minutes for the study view to load. I would like to work on the three backend tasks and first frontend task. This means pre-annotating the mutation data and storing it into the MySQL database and creating an additional column in the mutation table called “annotation”. Querying and using the web API to provide the information needed to solve the front-end goal of creating pie charts for oncogenicity and highest level of sensitive therapeutic implications per sample.</p>
This project integrates Open Concept Lab (OCL) test concepts into OpenELIS-Global by parsing OCL ZIP files from a Configurations/ocl directory at startup, mapping them to the TEST table, and using checksums to process only modified files. It enhances lab standardization and interoperability, reducing manual setup time (e.g., 2 hours to 10 minutes) for technicians and ensuring consistent updates across sites for admins.
<p>EnviroCar is a citizen science community that collects, shares, and analyzes floating car data for traffic management and the environment. It analyzes the open data and estimates the track count, average speed, relative speed, CO2 emission, fuel consumption, and hotspot analysis.</p> <p>EnviroCar app is an android application that provides features like:</p> <ul> <li>Record tracks, explore recorded tracks and upload tracks as open data for analysis.</li> <li>Sharing data i.e. uploading data as open data for analysis that estimates use it to estimate CO2 emission, track count, average speed, relative speed, hotspot analysis.</li> <li>Provides real-time data about the track, the distance covered, and duration.</li> </ul> <p>The project aims to build a cross-platform application so that the enviroCar app is available to iOS users as well since only two-thirds of people can use the application as of now.</p>
<p>This proposal is aimed at developing infrastructure for importing data into the BookBrainz database from third party sources, while at the same time ensuring that the quality of the data is maintained.</p>
The project kazv is a project that I really like, and I'm going to submit this poposal to address the meta issue proposed by the authors of kazv to add handling of media files to kazv. I'll go over my plans for each period and what I can contribute to matrix.org.
BookBrainz currently has no administration system, or any good way of giving users special privileges. This project involves devising and implementing a basic admin system allowing for a flexible privilege hierarchy. This project will also include creating relationship and identifier editors which allow privileged users to edit and add relationships and identifiers.
<p>The InterMine Registry will allow users to obtain and search, by consuming a RESTful API, basic information about existing InterMine instances. This information includes instances names, URLs, versions, sizes, descriptions and principal data-types with their fields brief descriptions. Furthermore, the API is going to give the possibility to create and administer the registry entries.</p>
The Problem: Sugar currently relies on GTK3, which is nearing end-of-life and doesn’t support Wayland properly. This makes it harder to run on modern Linux systems. The Solution: This project focuses on migrating the core "Fructose" activities (Calculate, Log, Chat, Browse, Read, Terminal, etc.) from GTK3 to GTK4. This isn’t just a direct API update — many parts of the UI depend on older X11-based patterns that need to be reworked. I’ll update layouts to Gtk.Box/Gtk.Grid, move input handling to GTK4 event controllers (like Gtk.GestureClick), and migrate system integrations to newer GTK4-compatible libraries such as WebKitGTK 6.0, VTE 3.91, and Evince 4.0. For more complex rendering (like TurtleArt), I plan to use a Cairo bridge with Gtk.Snapshot.append_cairo() instead of rewriting everything from scratch. Deliverables: A working GTK4 port of the supported Fructose activities that runs properly on Wayland. Since the Sugar shell is still evolving, I’ll validate everything locally using my standalone main.py wrapper before integration.
<p>InterMine is a large graph containing entities(Genes, Transcription Factors etc. ) with important relationships between them. The main aim of the project is to leverage the huge amount of data lying in InterMine and create an ensemble of algorithms specific to Biological Networks using Graph Theory and Unsupervised Machine Learning Algorithms to identify similar entities in InterMine. The results obtained by the framework will be used to build an efficient Recommendation System for the user based on their selection criteria.</p>
