NURBS is a basic function for BRL-CAD and BRL-CAD has support for some functions based on brep using openNURBS library. Beyond basic operations such as rotation and translation, the BRL-CAD core has no ability to edit them. This project would implement support for creating and editing geometry and topology in the BRL-CAD core, thus creating the prerequisites to handle them with higher level (i.e. GUI) tools.
The project aims to extend KubeArmor support and document how KubeArmor is relevant for securing Kubernetes on Edge in addition to generic Kubernetes based Application deployments - Expected Outcome: - Try KubeArmor on Different Kubernetes Platforms - Microshift, k0s - Make fixes to deployments to make them work if needed - Document Usecases on these platforms - Document Usecases at a broader level for EDGE and Container Security - Produce Blogs about extended support and additional usecases
<p>The objective of this proposal is to present a way to improve the OpenMRS Data Integrity Module. It is not always possible to check the validity of the data received from different sources input taking process, hence the Data Integrity Module is very helpful to check the integrity of the data and alert the staff if something wrong entered in database.</p> <p>It also includes a timeline along with objective. Apart from that, it includes my previous work experience and projects.</p>
<h3>Project</h3> <p>Rewrite core node cloud architecture and add Azure Provider Support.</p> <h3>Previous contributions</h3> <p>Fixed issues and added new features to NodeCloud, Oppia and FOSSASIA</p> <h3>Outcome of this Project</h3> <p>After new architecture implementation we will be at liberty to add any cloud provider support without changing the core. We can seamlessly add new cloud provider as dependencies to core.</p>
<p>This project will involve further modification of the Arduino IDE to support more features of the céu language. This will include support for another céu binding which is pico-céu as well as adding some rich features such as a graphical debugger and improving support for the syntax of the Céu language in the IDE through auto formatting, auto indentation and code folding.</p>
JPF currently cannot fully analyze Java 17 programs that use sealed classes and records — two features now standard in modern Java. This project completes Java 17 support in jpf-core by fixing sealed class enforcement, adding full record support (classfile parsing, metadata storage, and execution), and producing a Java 17 audit document that maps all remaining gaps for future contributors. The work targets the java-17 branch and builds on an existing contribution to the codebase.
<p>The Automatic Certificate Management Environment (ACME) protocol is a communications protocol for automating interactions between certificate authorities and their users' web servers, allowing the automated deployment of public key infrastructure at very low cost. Supporting this protocol will reduce the complexity of acquiring certificates for TLS encryption, via the "Let's encrypt" certificate authority.</p> <p>The final goal of this project is for ejabberd to fully support the ACME protocol and thus provide an easy and cheap way of acquiring security certificates.</p>
Vespucci, the Android editor for OpenStreetMap, uses the JOSM-compatible presets for tagging. Vespucci, however, has evolved to support far greater functionalities than those supported in JOSM. These functionalities include attributes like 'deprecated', which indicates a deprecated preset item, 'regions', and 'exclude_regions' for localisation, and 'value_type' to indicate the type of value, among many others. The project aims at adding these additional attributes to JOSM. Incorporating these attributes will provide a better user experience across the editors, improving the usability and functionality of JOSM.
FFmpeg already supports WHIP, allowing users to publish WebRTC streams using HTTP signaling. This project aims to extend WHIP support by adding support for more codecs, enabling multiple media streams, providing full ICE support, and other related improvements.
This project aims to implement a MicroPython REPL, script running functionality and access to RTEMS (and perhaps LibBSD) APIs, and package it by creating an RSB recipe. The effort would also include tests, creating setup and usage examples, writing documentation for both using MicroPython with RTEMS and the implementation of support for future RTEMS APIs in MicroPython. An optional goal of this project would be to create a BSP for a popular and accessible board like the Raspberry Pi Pico to position it, along with MicroPython support, as an entry point into RTEMS for new users.
<p>An approach to enhance the functionality of the MIT App Inventor by adding support for <strong>Custom Font Typeface</strong> that enhances the flexibility of user-interface design.</p>
The project idea is to create a Zephyr module that leverages the Arduino Core so that a developer can use Zephyr as the underlying OS when they use the Arduino framework on Arduino-compatible devices.
This project is meant for Crosswords Editor with main aim of adding anagram search support with word-list. It will be a complete implementation involving searching for anagrams to displaying them to the user.
The dolphinscheduler-registry-api defines the standard for implementing plugins. This project aims to support Etcd as a new registrar plugin and help user who only familiar with Etcd to use DolphinScheduler.
<p>Add support for extended operations in FHIR , namely the $lastn and $lastn-encounters on the Observation resource, and both the type level and instance level $everything operation on the Patient resource</p>
Currently, CRIU cannot checkpoint or restore systemd-managed containers if there are SCM_CREDENTIALS messages waiting in a Unix socket queue. Because systemd uses these credentials for almost all service communications, any in-flight message causes CRIU to fail. We aim to solve this problem by adding support for SCM_CREDENTIALS and the newer SCM_PIDFD to CRIU’s socket queue logic. I will implement PID remapping to ensure credentials remain valid after restore and add support for modern socket options like SO_PASSPIDFD. The final deliverables will include core code updates to the socket subsystem and extend image formats.
<p>The objective is to extend GDAL/OGR supported formats with DWG, allowing to read geometries from it. It is going to be reached by writing a new DWG driver, without any third-party dependencies.</p>
This project aims to integrate additional memory allocators with the Unikraft core library, enhancing support for multithreaded applications and expanding options for developers seeking specialized memory allocation solutions tailored to their needs.
<p>Project involves fixing existing issues related to network stack's support for syzkaller, improve coverage by adding new syscalls and ioctl calls for drivers and fuzzing other interfaces in syzkaller.</p>
<p>We already have some physical mainboards for AArch64. However, we don’t have the support of QEMU/AArch64 yet. ARM-based chips nowadays become popular especially in embedded systems so this movement would spread to 64-bit ARM architectures. Supporting QEMU/AArch64 in the coreboot project would be helpful for developers with compatibility testing. It also would help to make sure that changes to architecture code don’t break current implementations.</p> <p>The goal of this project is that we can use the following command:</p> <p>$ qemu-system-aarch64 -bios build/coreboot.rom -machine virt -cpu cortex-a53</p>
RISC-V is an emerging open standard instruction set architecture that can be used to build hardware without paying royalties. Gentoo Prefix develops and maintains a way of installing Gentoo systems in a non-standard location, designated by a "prefix". Prefix installs a complete Gentoo userspace into a directory by running the bootstrap-prefix.sh script. The script launches the interactive installer which will ask for some information and discuss some options based on the system being bootstrapped. Prefix has support for several architectures, and we plan to add support for RISC-V. We will make it possible to bootstrap, and use a Gentoo Prefix system on RISC-V architecture.
<p>Work on expanding the community in other languages related to Processing software. In particular, work on both the Processing and p5.js i18n websites, by fixing issues of documentation and reference and make them available in Spanish online.</p>
<p>The primary aim of this project would be to improve libvirt support for bhyve. Missing API functions in the libvirt bhyve driver shall be implemented and where necessary interfaces to the bhyve user-space tools added.</p>
<p>Current version of GitLab plugin on Jenkins doesn't fully support Multibranch Pipeline Jobs. There exists another unofficial plugin (Gitlab Branch Source Plugin) which hasn't been released yet. There has been abandoned effort to combine both these plugins due to multiple issues mostly because of different APIs both the plugins use. The project's plan is to develop a new Gitlab API plugin that can be consumed by other plugins and a new Gitlab Branch Source plugin which will provide all freestyle, singlebranch and multibranch pipeline support. The existing Gitlab Plugin will only contain auth, triggers and other Gitlab-Jenkins Configurations. All the partial implementation of Branch Source functions will be deprecated.</p>
