<p>Lightning has traditionally been using XUL for its user interface. To modernize, we would like to convert dialogs, tab content and other parts of the user interface to HTML. The new components should use web standards as much as possible, avoiding extensive use of third party libraries.</p>

The Proposal is how to make updates in the reference implementation based on the harmonization work, the creation of the new FHIR profile, and the revisions to the FHIR Operations. Also examine the GA4GH and FHIR data models, comparing and contrasting different representations of molecular consequences, in order to identify additional harmonization opportunities.

<p>This project will aim to create a pipeline for all CPTAC data transformation into cBioPortal compatible files for public access. Conversion and addition of novel CPTAC proteogenomic datasets into the cBioPortal will advance cancer studies, which will lead to a better understanding of the molecular profiles of cancer.</p>

<p>1) Making an image for Raspberry Pi that could be flashed on a sd card that could automatically start a sugarizer server at boot and displays sugarizer client on the Pi. 2) Create one click deploy scripts, to deploy a full Sugarizer stack on popular providers such as Amazon AWS or Heroku.</p>

<p>ListenBrainz has recently undergone a big overhaul and is now getting ready to stream its data to Google BigQuery for analysis and statistics generation. Right now, the user does not get any information from her data other than a flat list of listens. My proposal involves adding statistics and visualizations to ListenBrainz that would be informative and helpful to the user.</p>

<p>This project aims at re-implementing the UI for Bench-routes with a user-interface that occupies lesser space and is more compact to look at. Also, it focuses a lot on improving the code design of the front-end to make it more maintainable and efficient. <p>BioJS is a library of over two hundred JavaScript components enabling developers to visualize and process data using current web technologies. The primary aim of the project is to merge and redesign the backend of the two separate BioJS websites, namely biojs.io and biojs.net and work on the overall optimization of the new website.</p>

The goal of this project is to develop an HR management module for the CARE system, streamlining employee management and automating leave and holiday tracking. The platform enables HR to efficiently manage employee records, process leave requests, securely handle document uploads, manage holidays, and allows employees to apply for leave and access their profiles and leave history.

This project intends to expand CritiqueBrainz's infrastructure to include reviews and ratings for BookBrainz entities. Reviews increase the visibility of books and increase their chances of being discovered by additional readers. On both the apps, users will be able to create, post, and read reviews for BookBrainz entities. This project is partially implemented in python on the CritiqueBrainz side and partially in React and Javascript on the BookBrainz side.

<p>The Data Repository Service (DRS) API provides a generic interface to data repositories so data consumers, including workflow systems, can access data in a single, standard way regardless of where it’s stored and how it’s managed. The main goal of this project is the generation of a prototype server for DRS API that follows the current draft specification of the DRS</p>

<p>Balrog is the new age update server used by Mozilla to serve updates to Firefox. This project aims to address a situation in Balrog where multiple locale updates caused a race condition, leading to unnecessary retries by submitter jobs. This project proposes to resolve this situation by using an algorithm similar to a three-way merge algorithm, but for nested JSON data.</p>

A new Volto theme for Plone CMS. Volto is the React-based UI built on top of the Plone REST API. Plone CMS allows you to visually compose a page using blocks without writing code. You can add, modify, reorder and delete blocks according to your requirements. The theme consists of new generic and reusable blocks. It also contains a new header, navigation menu, and footer.

Debezium lacks a developer-friendly CLI for managing CDC pipelines. I will build a dbz, a native CLI using Quarkus and Picocli, with two subsystems: a build subsystem that resolves connector dependencies and assembles trimmed OCI images using Jib, and a platform subsystem that wraps the Debezium Platform REST API for full pipeline lifecycle management including sources, destinations, and live log streaming.

<p>It is a Phylogenetic tree viewer for the JBrowse 2 in the most dynamic way possible. With the help of Reactjs, it will be much more efficient than the basic HTML/CSS. Furthermore, the phylogenetic tree or a dendrogram will also be connected to the synteny view for the detailed comparative study of genomic data. Phylogenetic tree Viewer toolbar will consist of some indispensable features/components in it which are required in the manipulation of the visualization of the phylogenetic trees.</p>

This project is about build and train a streaming chatbot on four datasets: Documentation site of cBioportal, Google group conversations, PMC papers used in studies, and OPENAPI. Also, the project used route logic to combine 4 chains, and wrote a routing logic function to choose chatbot depending on user query. The chatbot has chat history, indicators, and example questions, download button and footer (disclaimer) in user interface.
