The bot will support real-time spam reporting, rate limiting, and user reputation management. The implementation will leverage Rust for interfacing with the Telegram Bot API, Lua for scripting automation rules, and innovative rule engine design to ensure scalability and responsiveness. The final deliverable includes an advanced moderation UI and comprehensive documentation, benefitting both administrators and the broader open source community by providing an innovative tool for spam mitigation.
