<p><em>Interoperability Model</em>Port the gen-api-models tool to OpenAPI v3</p> <p>I spoke with Mentor/managers on Slack (Leonardo Favario and Roberto Polli) Which I thank for giving me all the answers concerning the project. They told me that they must be maintained: I update Kong(Open Source API Gateway) Rate Limiting and edit it to fit the current system, I add a lot of test code(unit test, etc..) and update documentation. API rest maintenance and adapt them to the latest versions of OpenAPI v3. I'm in contact with mentors and managers, I hear them at least 3/4 times a week. Mentors: Student: Alessandro Vannoni

<p>This project involves the creation and refinement of a tool to create plots, using the <strong>Data &amp; Analytics Framework APIs</strong> or graphql based on DAF data. This will be accomplished through <strong>python</strong> and its vast set of data science tools and libraries, such as <strong>matplotlib</strong> and <strong>mpld3</strong>, that have become an established standard in the data science field in recent years.</p>

Mentors: Student: Sanyam Dogra

<p>Among the projects followed by the <strong>Developers Italia</strong> community, there are few Kits to help web development phase, that are based on a shared design system. Currently, the foundation for many kits has been laid. Some of these are in the early stages while others are stable. The designed Kit needs to cater to a broad spectrum of users: from the expert designers to first-time visitors. The goal of this project will be to complete the UI Kit for React which is based on <strong>Bootstrap Italia</strong> and <strong>React Storybook</strong>.</p>

<p>Italian Team Digitale is building the first “operating system” of a country. One of the technologies that it has implemented is the Data &amp; Analytics Framework (DAF) which consists in a huge stack (more than 6000!) of public datasets and tools to work with them. These datasets concern very important matters in organizing and providing good quality services to citizens in diverse fields such as public health, education, transportation, finance etc. Unfortunately the data are not directly informative, they need to be organized, explored and analyzed; they have to be transformed in usable information that the public administration can use to improve its inner working and provide a better operational infrastructure. In this paper I propose to carry on a series of data analysis in the form of “data stories”, a discussion about selected datasets and a description of the results obtained.</p>

<p>As the proposal says, “DAF [...] is not the most developer-friendly environment to set-up”. As a young developer, I deem DAF’s complex structure makes hacking with it quite tough, thus I aim to make it easier to understand and use. I want to improve the current situation by proposing a simple yet powerful pipeline, exploiting CI/CD solutions in a sensible way.</p>
